Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojetím kyberšikany, jejích forem a souvislostí. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve vymezeny pojmy šikana a agrese. Dále následuje pojednání o samotné kyberšikaně a jejích společenských souvislostech, které vedou k potížím v rodině, ve škole i v zaměstnání. Jsou zde vymezeny formy kyberšikany tak, jak jsou v současné době zmapovány. Následuje historie a současné projevy kyberšikany, které se odehrávají kolem nás. Moje praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, který zkoumá míru znalosti bezpečného používání internetu, na vznik kyberšikany. Zvolila jsem kvantitativní výzkum a metodou sběru dat byl použit dotazník. Hlavními cíli bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost rodičů o kyberšikaně a nebezpečích spojených s využíváním informačních komunikačních technologií, jak se jejich děti chovají na internetu a jaké jsou jejich zkušenosti s kyberšikanou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis discusses cyberbullying, its forms and connections. The theoretical parts defines the concept of bullying and aggression. Furthermore the term of cyberbullying and its social connections leading towards family, school and workplace conflicts are explained. Different forms of cyberbullying, its history and current phenomenom are reviewed according to the literature. The practical part focuses on the research about the level of knowledge of safe use of the internet with regards to the development of cyberbullying. A quantitative research was decided to be an appropriate approach to this study. A semi-structured questionnaire was used to collect data. The main goals were to ascertain the awareness of parents about cyberbullying and the dangers associated with the use of information and communication technologies, how their children behave on the Internet and what are their experiences with cyberbullying.
