Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá elektronickou evidenci tržeb jako efektivního nástroje při boji proti daňovým únikům. Práce se soustředí na způsoby, kterými se lze zákonu o elektronické evidenci tržeb vyhnout a na nástroje, které lze použít pro snižování těchto daňových úniků. Bachelor thesis deals with electronical sales register as a tool to prevent tax evasion. The thesis is focused on ways to avoid the law of electronical sales register and on the tools that can be used to reduce the tax evasion.
