The proposal to improve the financial situation of the European Educational Centre
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je stanovit návrhy ze ke zlepšení finanční situace Evropského vzdělávacího střediska s využitím nástrojů finanční analýzy, PEST analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Na základě zjištěných výsledků byly navrženy doporučení v oblasti finanční, školení, marketingové strategie a technického zlepšení.
Abstract:
The main aim of the thesis is to provide suggestions on improving the financial situation of the European Educational Centre using the tools of financial analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. Recommandations in the financial, training, marketing strategies and technical improvements were proposed in accordance with obtained results.
