Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na odpovědnost státu v období krizového stavu. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the responsibility of the state during a state of emergency. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the state and its responsibility, crisis situations, including possibilities of compensation for damages, and the conditions for asserting claims for compensation.
