Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí stanovených otázek od respondentů zodpovědět a přiblížit oblast hudebního nakladatelství. Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na zmapování a přiblížení činnosti hudebních nakladatelství na popis historie, významu, financování, distribuci, jejich pohled do budoucnosti a na společnosti, které působí v České republice. V práci jsem se dále zaměřil na spolupráci s nakladatelstvím a institucemi s nimiž kooperují. Součástí je stanovení definice smluv a licencí a k nim patřičné náležitosti mezi nakladatelem a nositelem práv. V závěru práce se dotýkám problematiky autorského práva spojené s tématem.

Abstract:

The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to answer and approach the area of music publishing with the help of set questions from the respondents. In my bachelor's thesis I focus on mapping and approaching the activities of music publishers on the description of history, significance, financing, distribution, their view into the future and the companies operating in the Czech Republic. In my work I also focused on cooperation with publishing houses and institutions with which they cooperate. It includes the definition of contracts and licenses and the relevant requirements between the publisher and the rights holder. At the end of the work I touch on the issue of copyright related to the topic.
