Methodology of the murder investigation
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá trestným činem vraždy a způsoby jeho vyšetřování. V první části se zabývá obecnými otázkami metodiky vyšetřování vražd používaných v České republice. V rámci toho se lze dočíst například o trestní úpravě, o kriminalistické charakteristice vražd, o typických stopách, o základní definici mnohonásobných vražd, ale také například o zvláštnostech některých úkonů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the crime of murder and methods of its investigation. The first part deals with general issues of homicide investigation methodology used in the Czech Republic.
