Ukládání sankcí osobám mladší patnácti let za činy jinak trestné

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá delikvencí dětí mladších patnácti let. Nejdříve je popsaný vývoj od počátku 20. století až po současnost. Jsou zde zmíněny základní pojmy, které se vyskytují i v dalších částech práce. Samotná kapitola popisuje řízení. Dále je vysvětleno opatření jako celek a jednotlivě. Poslední kapitola uvádí statistiku za posledních deset let.
Abstract:
The work deals with delinquency of children under fifteen years of age. First it described evolution from the early 20th century to the present. There are mentioned basic concepts that occur in other parts of the work. The actual chapter describes the procedure. It is also explained the measures as a whole and individually. The last chapter presents statistics for the last ten years.
