Diverzita a inkluze na pracovišti a její vliv na výkonnost zaměstnanců

Abstract:

V rychle se měnícím světě se díky globalizaci a neustálému technologickému vývoji vytrácejí geografické hranice. Organizace proto přizpůsobují své pracovní prostředí a organizační kulturu tak, aby zahrnovaly různé talenty z hlediska diverzity a inkluze. Cílem práce je změřit dopad diverzity a inkluze na pracovišti na výkonnost zaměstnanců. Primární data byla získána prostřednictvím kvantitativní výzkumné metody. Diverzita a inkluze byly analyzovány zvlášť z hlediska jejich vlivu na výkonnost zaměstnanců. Faktory diverzity, vnímané inkluze a vnímané výkonnosti byly měřeny pomocí ANOVA a regresní analýza studovala vztahy. Výsledky ukázaly, že existuje pozitivní lineární vztah mezi diverzitou a inkluzí na pracovišti a výkonností zaměstnanců. Závěrem lze říci, že společnosti by měly zvýšit diverzitu v pracovním prostředí zavedením inkluzivní organizační kultury, aby zvýšily výkonnost jednotlivců.

Abstract:

In the fast-changing world, globalisation and constant technological developments make the geographical boundaries disappeared. Therefore, organizations adopt their work environment and organizational culture to incorporate diverse talents in terms of diversity and inclusion. The thesis aims to measure the impact of workplace diversity and inclusion on employee performance. Primary data was obtained through quantitative research method. Diversity and inclusion were separately analysed in terms of their impact on employee performance. Diversity factors, perceived inclusion and perceived performance were measured by ANOVA and Regression analysis study the relationships. Results showed that there is a positive linear relationship between diversity and inclusion in the workplace and employee performance. As a conclusion, companies should enhance diversity in the work environment by embracing inclusive organizational culture to boost individual performance.
