Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tvorbu kurzu Power BI pro začátečníky uvnitř oblasti datové analytiky a BI. Uvnitř teoretické části je uvedena problematika vzdělávání, konkrétně zde jsou zmíněny druhy vzdělávání, vzdělávací aktivity, vybrané způsoby vzdělávání i proces tvorby kurzu. Tato část zároveň zahrnuje i vysvětlení funkcionalit MS Power BI. V rámci praktické části je tvořen návrh kurzu, který se poté iterativně optimalizuje dle manažerů datové analytiky a BI, dle finálních projektů školených zaměstnanců a dle evaluačních dotazníků.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the creation of a Power BI course for beginners within the field of data analytics and BI. In the theoretical part, the topic of education is described. More specifically, forms of education, educational activities, chosen methods of education and the process of development of the course are being mentioned. Furthermore, this part is also revolving around the explanation of the functionalities of MS Power BI. Within the practical part, the initial version of the course is being developed. Subsequently, this version is being iteratively optimized according to managers of data analytics and BI, final projects of the trained employees and evaluation questionnaires.
