Anotácia:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Specifika nové legislativy kolektivního investování v České republice“ je analýza legislativních změn v oblasti kolektivního investování a vliv těchto změn na drobné investory. Teoretická část představuje fungování kolektivního investování v rámci finančních trhů. Hlavní částí této práce je analýza vybraných aspektů v kolektivním investování a zhodnocení jejich dopadu na širokou veřejnost. V závěru je provedené konečné vyhodnocení a doporučení možných vylepšení.

Abstract:

Thesis "Features of the new legislative of collective investment in the Czech Republic" is an analysis of legislative changes in the collective investment and the impact of these changes on small investors. The theoretical part discusses the functioning of the collective investment in the financial markets. The main part of this work is to analyze selected aspects of collective investment schemes and to assess their impact on the general public. In the conclusion, a final assessment is made as well as remarks on improving.
