Tato diplomová práce se zabývá uplatněním corporate governance u nově vzniklých společností v České republice. This diploma thesis deals with the use of corporate governance in newly established companies in the Czech Republic. It focuses mainly on the theory of corporate governance, codes of corporate governance and the regulation of the issue in the Czech legal system especially in its Business Corporations Act.
