Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkoumání firemní kultury, způsob komunikace mezi zaměstnanci a jeho následným vlivem na pracovní výkonnost. Na firemní kulturu je nahlíženo z perspektivy jak manažerů lidských zdrojů, tak zaměstnanců. Bachelor thesis is focusing on investigation of how business culture and communication between employees is affecting their work effectiveness. At business culture is looked at with perspective of Human resources managers, as well as employees.
