Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o cílech ochrany obyvatelstva v oblasti vyrozumění, varování a informování. Představuje informační systémy, které se řídí krizovými zákony. V krizovém stavu je nutné užívat různorodé informační systémy, které zajišťují tok informací mezi krizovými orgány. Předání varovné informace musí být dostupná pro všechny obyvatele.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the goals of population protection in the field of notification, warning and information. It represents information systems that are governed by crisis laws. In a crisis situation, it is necessary to use various information systems that ensure the flow of information between crisis authorities. The transmission of warning information must be available to all residents
