Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je prezentovat právní aspekty platební podmínky v režimu Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží v souvislosti s mezinárodními obchodními zvyklostmi, smluvní formulací platební podmínky a vlivem na výslednou kupní cenu. The aim of the thesis is to present the legal aspects of the payment condition under the CISG related to international trade usages, the contractual formulation of the payment condition and the impact on the final purchase price.
