Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu kriminalistických verzí. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a důkladně zhodnotit problematiku metod vyšetřovacích verzí jako nedílnou součást kriminalistické praktické činnosti v průběhu procesu odhalování, objasňování a vyšetřování trestné činnosti. V teoretické části byly zanalyzovány a následně zpracovány poznatky nabyté z odborné literatury a v rámci praktické části této práce byly pořízeny tři kvalitativní rozhovory s respondenty z řad současných příslušníků kriminální policie. Praktická část práce dále obsahuje tři kazuistické případy z odborné praxe. V samotném závěru práce dojde ke shrnutí nově nabytých poznatků získaných z této práce, tedy jak z její teoretické, tak i z praktické části.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of forensic versions. The aim of the work is to analyse and thoroughly evaluate the issue of methods of investigative versions as an integral part of forensic practical activities during the process of detecting, clarifying and investigating crime. In the theoretical part, the knowledge gained from the literature was analysed and subsequently processed, and in the practical part of this work, three qualitative interviews were conducted with respondents from the current members of the criminal police. The practical part of the work also contains three case studies from professional practice. At the very end of the work there will be a summary of newly acquired knowledge gained from this work, ie from both its theoretical and practical part.
