Práce se zabývá volebními a stranickými systémy ve Finsku a Norsku a jejich vzájemným vztahem. Pro teoretický popis toho vztahu byly použity hypotézy dvou nejznámějších teoretiků této oblasti, jejichž znalost je nutná pro politology stejně důležitá jako malá násobilka pro matematiky.
