Active banking operations

Abstract:

The objective of the bachelor´s thesis is to emphasize the importance of the active bank operations in the banking sector and to characterize operating of the bank system as a whole. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter is aimed at the credit classification according to different client segment of a commercial bank. The second chapter is dedicated to real-estate credits, provision, drawing, payments and premature repayments. This chapter refers also to possibilities of young people to gain the state grant. The main issue of the thesis is comparison of the real-estate credits within the frame of the banking sector. It precisely defines conditions of granting the real estate credits in the selected bank, the assumed forecast of the interest rate development in Slovakia and ideas for improvement the real-estate banking sector functioning.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zdôrazniť význam aktívnych bankových operácií v bankovom sektore a charakterizovať fungovanie bankového systému ako celku. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. Zameriava sa na klasifikáciu úverov podľa rôzneho segmentu klientely komerčnej banky, na hypotekárne úvery, ich poskytovanie, čerpanie, splácanie a predčasné splatenie. Bakalárska práca poukazuje i na možnosti získania štátneho príspevku pre mladých. Jadrom práce je porovnanie úverov v rámci bankového sektora, charakterizovanie podmienok poskytnutia hypotekárneho úveru vybranej banky, predpokladaného odhadu vývoja úrokových sadzieb na Slovensku.
