After agreement with representative from Delivery Services and TNSInfo team I am going to focused at my thesis on analysing delivery data through TNSInfo, which main subject is satisfactying customers of this portal. Po dohodě se zástupci Delivery Services a TNSInfo týmu, se ve své bakalařské práci zaměřuji na analýzu dodání dat prostřednictvím TNSInfa, jejíž hlavním úkolem je uspokojení uživatelů tohoto portálu. Při svém výzkumu jsem použila SWOT analýzu zaměřenou na TNSInfo a také dotazník, který byl dostupný na hlavním portálu TNSInfa a sloužil ke zjištění spokojenosti a užití TNSInfa klienty.
