Diplomová práce pojednává o (zpětných) účincích započtení. Autorka v práci analyzuje vybrané výkladové problémy, zejm. vliv zpětných účinků započtení na příslušenství pohledávky a další následky prodlení s jejím placením. The diploma thesis deals with the (retroactive) effects of set-off. Author analyses selected interpretative problems, in particular the influence of the retroactive effects of set-off on the accessories of a claim and on other consequences of default.
