Strategic analysis of the company Mlékárna Hlinsko a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se orientuje na zhodnocení současné pozice společnosti Mlékárna Hlinsko a.s. na trhu v době koronaviru a v době postcovidové prostřednictvím aplikace zvolených metod strategické analýzy. Práce je zaměřena též na určení strategických doporučení pro budoucí fungování vybrané firmy. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány či definovány vybrané analýzy a jejich použití, v části praktické jsou poté tyto analýzy aplikovány na Mlékárnu Hlinsko a.s. a z daných zjištění jsou pro ni následně formulována strategická doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current position of the company Mlékárna Hlinsko a.s. on the market at the time of coronavirus and in the postcovid period through the application of selected methods of strategic analysis. The thesis is also focused on determining strategic recommendations for the future operation of the selected company. It consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes or defines selected analyzes and their use, in the practical part these analyzes are then applied to Mlékárna Hlinsko a.s. and from the given findings, strategic recommendations are subsequently formulated for it.
