Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat hypoteční úvěry v nabídce vybraných českých bank a posoudit, jak nová pravidla České národní banky ovlivní dostupnost hypotečních úvěrů pro vybrané klienty. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare mortgage loans in the offer of selected Czech banks and to assess how the new rules of the Czech National Bank will affect the availability of mortgage loans for selected clients.
