Problems of leaving of young people from the institutional care by the technique of the Legislative Theatre

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Problematika odchodu mladých lidí z ústavní péče prostřednictvím techniky Legislativního divadla se zabývá dramatickou technikou legislativního divadla ve vztahu k problematice odchodu mladých lidí z ústavní péče. V teoretické části je nastíněna problematika odchodu mladých lidí z ústavní péče, popsán její systém a nefunkční místa. V další části je pak popsána technika a vznik legislativního divadla v Brazílii a její další využití v zahraničí. V empirické části je popsán projekt Legislativním divadlem ke změně, který byl realizován v rámci projektu Mládež v akci. Pomocí otevřeného a axiálního kódování je analyzována legislativní část techniky, její závěry jsou dány do souvislostí zmiňovaných v teoretické části. Práce si klade za cíl popsat tuto v České republice dosud nevyzkoušenou techniku a její fungování ve vztahu k problematice odchodu mladých lidí z ústavní péče. Dílčími cíli pak bylo popsat a zmapovat systém náhradní péče a z dostupných materiálů analyzovat a popsat problémy tohoto systému a v závěru je uvést do souvislosti s výsledky z legislativní diskuze.

Abstract:

The thesis (called Problems of leaving of young people from the institutional care by the technique of the Legislative Theatre) deals with the drama technique Legislative theatre on the subject of problems of leaving young people from the institutional care. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are described problems of leaving of young people from the institucional care, the system of the alternative educational care and its malfunctions. In the next part there are described the technique and the conception of the Legislative theatre in Brazil. Its next usage abroad is mentioned as well. In the empirical part of the thesis there is described „Legislative theatre towards change“ project, which was realized within the project Youth in action. The legislative part of the technique is analysed by the open and axial coding by Strauss and Corbin. Its results are connected with the context of the theoretical part. The aim of the thesis is the description of this new technique, which is not realized in the Czech Republic yet, and its functioning on the subject of problems of leaving young people from the institutional care. The partial aims are describing and making the survey of the system of the institutional care, analyzing and describing malfunctions of this system from the accessible documents, etc.
