Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem císařský řez, a to konkrétně vývojem a epidemiologií císařských řezů v nemocnici v Královehradeckém kraji za období 2016-2020. V teoretické části se věnuji celkové problematice císařského řezu, jako je stručná historie, možné techniky provedení operace a indikace císařského řezu. Dále se zmiňuje o možných komplikacích císařského řezu, druhy anestezie a předoperační a pooperační péčí. Výzkumná část se věnuje retrospektivní studii četnosti císařských řezů z celkového počtu porodů za roky 2016 do roku 2020 v nemocnici Královehradeckého kraje. Poté jsou tyto data porovnány s čísly jiné porodnice a jak si císařský řez vede v celém světě.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of caesarean section, specifically the development and epidemiology of caesarean sections in a hospital in the Hradec Králové region in the period 2016-2020. In the theoretical part I deal with the overall issue of caesarean section such as a brief history, possible techniques for surgery and indications for caesarean section. It also mentions possible complications of caesarean section, types of anesthesia and preoperative and postoperative care. The research part is devoted to a retrospective study of the frequency of caesarean sections from the total number of births in the years 2016 to 2020 in the hospital of the Hradec Králové region. These data are then compared with the numbers of another maternity hospital and how the caesarean section is doing around the world.
