Tématem mé práce je Adhezní řízení se zaměřením na majetkovou a hospodářskou kriminalitu. Cílem mé práce je zabývat se současnou právní úpravou postavení poškozeného a jeho práv v trestním řízení, rozhodování o náhradě škody se zaměřením na specifika u hospodářských a majetkových trestných činů. The topic of my dissertation is Awarding Damages in Criminal Proceedings for Economic and Financial Crimes. The objective of my dissertation is to explore the current legal regulations governing the status of the aggrieved person and his rights in criminal proceeding, the proceedings for damages with respect to the specifics of the economic and financial crimes.
