Digital recruitment in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem práce je stanovení využití digitálního recruitmentu v České republice, popsání jeho vývoje, trendů a porovnání digitálního a tradičního recruitmentu. K dosažení cílů je využitý primární i sekundární výzkum. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na literární rešerši v oblasti HR a recruitmentu s ohledem na historii, prostředky, rozdíly a budoucí očekávání. Praktická část práce využívá kvantitativní metody výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření a ptá se respondentů na jejich zkušenosti, preference a postoje k digitálnímu recruitmentu. Z analýzy výsledků výzkumu jsou odpovězeny výzkumné otázky. Z nich je sestavené doporučení pro využití digitálního recruitmentu v jednotlivých firmách. Hlavním přínosem práce je porovnání tradičního a digitálního recruitmentu, popsání trendů a vývoje a stanovení doporučení pro firmy. Ke shrnutí poznatků dochází v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to determine the use of digital recruitment in the Czech Republic, describe its development and trends, and to compare digital and traditional recruitment processes. Both the primary and secondary research are used to reach these goals. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on literary research in the field of HR and recruitment, including its history, resources, differences, and future expectations. The practical part of the work uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire survey and asks respondents about their experiences, preferences, and attitudes towards digital recruitment. Research questions are answered from the analysis of research results. A recommendation for the use of digital recruitment for individual companies is derived from them. The main benefit of the work is the comparison of traditional and digital recruitment methods, the description of its trends and developments, and the formation of recommendations for companies. The findings are summarized at the end of the work.
