Abstract:
Obsahem práce je analýza historie lichvy ve světě a na území České republiky, analýza současných českých zákonů a judikátů Nejvyššího soudu ČR. V práci je mimo jiné provedena analýza trhu s krátkodobými půjčkami, protože na tomto trhu je riziko vzniku lichvy nejvyšší.
