Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám rozvodem manželství, jeho vlivem na majetkové poměry a vztahy v rodině. Na skutečném případu manželů v rozvodovém řízení rozebírám nastalé situace tohoto manželského páru se dvěma dětmi a na tyto situace aplikuji příslušné zákony. Ke každé aplikaci zákona přidávám srovnání situace nastalé s postupem uvedeným v zákoně. Závěrečná část práce hodnotí práci soudů a policie a uvádí …more
Abstract:
The topic of my work is the separation of a matrimony, its influence over property relations and common relationships in the family. I will analyse a real case of a divorcing couple with two children and I will apply appropriate laws to variou situations.
