Tato práce se zabývá proměnou teorie spravedlivé války. Jejím cílem je ukázat problematičnost boje proti terorismu a nabídnout utilitaristické řešení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the transformation of justice war theory. Its aim is to show the problem of the fight against terrorism and to offer a utilitarian solution.
