Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je určit správný časový postup,a s tím spojené následující kroky,které je třeba dodržet v případě přeměny obchodní společnosti odštěpením. Analýza podmínek pro rozdělení společnosti s.r.o. na dvě se zachováním stejné právní formy.Zpracování návrhu na štěpení konkrétní firmy a vyhodnocení přínosu provedené změny.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to determinate the correct time procedure and following steps which are necessary to keep in the case of spinning-off the company.Analysis of conditions for dividing of the limited company into two same companies with the same legal status.The proposal processing for separation of the specific company and evaluation of changes and evaluation of changes and their benefit.
