The Problems and Main Aspects of Life Imprisonment
Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je trest odnětí svobody na doživotí, zejména právní úprava de lege lata daného institutu, historický exkurs, srovnání vybraných zahraničních právních úprav, sociálně-psychologické aspekty a vybrané problémy spojené s ukládáním a výkonem tohoto trestu a v neposlední řadě též úvahy a doporučení de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis discusses main aspects and basic problems of the life imprisonment and represents comprehensive view of questions concerning the life imprisonment as one of the form of exceptional punishment. It also brings some new knowledge about this institute.
