Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá studiem plazmatu při magnetronovém naprašování a zkoumá metodu pro určení absolutní koncentrace rozprášených částic. Metoda účinných větvicích poměrů (EBF), dříve aplikovaná na titan, je zde rozšířena na wolframový atom a iont. Východiskem pro metodu je určení vhodných kandidátů na použitelné spektrální čáry. This thesis deals with plasma diagnostics during magnetron sputtering and explores a method for determining the absolute concentration of sputtered species. The effective branching fractions method (EBF), which has been successfully used for titanium, is here extended to cover tungsten neutrals and ions as well.
