Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice slaďování rodinného a pracovního života matek na rodičovské dovolené. Práce zachycuje pohled na to, jak pracující matky vypovídají o souběhu svých rolí matky a zaměstnankyně, jaké důvody je vedly k nástupu do zaměstnání a kterak vypovídají o tom, jak zaměstnání ovlivňuje roli matky a naopak jak mateřství ovlivňuje roli zaměstnankyně. The topic of this diploma thesis is work-life balance of mothers on parental leave. The thesis describes how mothers combine the role of mother and employee, the reasons for taking up employment and how these roles influence to each other.
