Possible solutionsof bullying and cyberbullying manifestations from the perspective of primary school pupils

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na šikanu a kyberšikanu z pohledu žáků 8. a 9. tříd základních škol. V teoretické části jsou analyzovány odborné texty, popsány a definovány základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu bakalářské práce. V praktické části jsou v rámci výzkumného šetření pomocí dotazníku zjišťovány zkušenosti a postoje žáků 8. a 9. tříd ZŠ ve vztahu k šikaně a kyberšikaně. Dotazníkové šetření je směrováno k identifikaci šikany a kyberšikany nejen mezi žáky, ale také šikany směrem k učiteli, kdy obětí šikany je samotný učitel. Otázky směřují rovněž k postojům žáků ve vztahu k možnosti potrestání jednotlivých aktérů šikany a dále k možnosti preventivních opatření, jež může nastolovat výchovný poradce a ředitel. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou komparovány s odborným textem a MP. V závěru bakalářské práce pak byla formulována možná doporučení managementu ZŠ a výchovným poradcům ve vztahu k identifikaci, řešení a prevenci šikany a kyberšikany z pohledu žáků ZŠ.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on bullying and cyberbullying from the point of view of the 8th and 9th grade primary school pupils. The theoretical part analyses technical texts, and describes and defines basic terms related to the theme of the bachelor thesis. The practical part tries through a survey to explore experience and attitudes of the 8th and 9th grade primary pupils towards bullying and cyberbullying. The survey heads for identification of bullying and cyberbullying not just among the pupils but also bullying towards teachers, when the teachers themselves are the victims of bullying. The questions also head for the attitudes of the pupils to the possible punishment of the agressors and further to possible preventive measures which can be ordered by the school consulor and the headteacher. The results of the survey are compared with the technical text and MP. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis the possible recommendations to the school management and the school consulor in connection with identification, solution and prevention of the bullying and cyberbullying from the point of view of the pupils are formulated.
