The main aim of diploma thesis was to find out the efficiency of submitted bioprotective preparations for discontinuance of the growth and propagation of Listeria monocytogenes in samples of ripening cheese. Listeria monocytogenes is a pathogenic bacterium, which in population causes the alimentary disorder called listeriosis.
