Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza podnikového vzdělávání společnosti SIAD Czech spol. s r.o. Cílem práce je se podívat na rozvoj lidských zdrojů a systém vzdělávání v daném podniku od implementace, hodnocení až po způsob financování.
