Abstract:

Název mé diplomové práce je "Nízkoenergetická výstavba v ČR a její ekonomické zhodnocení". Tato práce vznikla na základě mého zájmu o architekturu a úspory energie v bytové výstavbě. Cílem této práce je seznámení čtenáře s problematikou energeticky úsporné výstavby a jejími možnostmi a úskalími v rámci ČR. Vyústěním mé práce je ekonomické zhodnocení pasivních domů, jejichž stavba a následné užívání se v konečném důsledku jeví jako výhodná investice. Věřím, že tato práce přispěje k větší informovanosti všech, kteří se s touto problematikou chtějí seznámit.

Abstract:

The title of my thesis is "Low energy houses building in the Czech Republic and its Economical Evaluation." This work is based on my interest in architecture and savings of energy of housing development. The goal of this work is to familiarize the reader with question of energy saving building and its possibilities and difficulties in the Czech republic. The outfall of my work is that the usage and building of passive houses seem to be a good investment. I belive, that this work help to further inform all those, who would like to gain more information about this theme.
