Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu krizové situace ve výrobním podniku. Práce se v první části se zabývá teoretickým vymezení souvisejících pojmů, jako je výrobní podnik, krizové řízení, finanční analýza a situační analýzy.
