Zkracování přestavovacích časů na svařovacím systému

Shortening the change over time for the welding system
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá redukcí přestavovacích časů automatické svařovací linky ATEC. Teoretická část této práce je věnována literárním poznatkům z oblasti průmyslového inženýrství a popisu metody SMED. V analytické části je provedena analýza přestavovacích časů a vytvoření nového pracovního postupu. V závěru je na základě výsledků analýz vypočteno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis aims to reduce changeover time for automatic welding line ATEC. Theoretical part of thesis is dedicated to knowledge from industrial Engineering and SMED method. Analytical part of thesis contains analyses of changeover time and design of new workflow. Last part of diploma thesis provides technical and economical assessment of new workflow.
