Customer satisfaction with the level of services offered by the fitness center Tornado Sport

Abstract:

Cílem předkládaného projektu bylo zjistit pomocí dotazníkového šetření spokojenost zákazníků s nabízenými službami fitness centra Tornádo Sport. Pomocí polostandardizovaného rozhovoru s vedením společnosti a dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnili klienti, jež fitness centrum navštěvují, se zjistilo, jaké služby klienty uspokojují, a které spíše firmě škodí. Výsledky z dotazníkového šetření byly následně zpracovány pomocí popisné statistiky. Podle provozní ředitelky sportoviště, je nejčastější výtkou od klientů nedostačující čistota sportoviště. Tento aspekt se však v dotazníkovém šetření nepotvrdil, jako nejzávažnější problém. Největší nespokojenosti dosáhly faktor cenové úrovně centra a velikost šaten. Naopak, spokojeni byli zákazníci spokojeni s otevírací dobou sportoviště a s počtem nabízených služeb. Z celkového pohledu nebyla v tomto šetření prokázána celková nebo výhradní nespokojenost klientů se službami. Práce byla přínosná zejména pro zkoumanou společnost, pro kterou získaná data sloužily jako zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb. Dále mohou výsledky posloužit jako inspirace pro začínající podnikatele v oblasti sportu.

Abstract:

The aim of the presented project is to find out how satisfied the customers of the Tornádo Sport Centre are with the services offered. The level of customer satisfaction will be indentified using questionnaires that will be handed out to clients, who already attend the Fitness Centre and half-standardized interviews with the company's management. The questionnaires and interviews will help identify which services the clients are satisfied with and which services may actually be harmful to the Fitness Centre. The results of the questionnaire will then be processed using descriptive statistics. According to operations managers, it is a better reproach from the cages of insufficient cleanliness of the sports ground. This aspect does not occur in the questionnaire survey did not confirm as the most serious problem. The biggest dissatisfaction was expected by the factor of the center's price levels and the size of the locker rooms. Advantages, satisfied were satisfied with the opening hours of the sports ground and welcome services. This project will especially be beneficial for the company in question because the company will use the data acquired in order to improve the services it provides. The data obtained can also be a source of inspiration for beginning entrepreneurs.
