Práce se zabývá dosavadní rozhodovací praxí mezinárodních investič-ních tribunálů v otázce volby oceňovacích metod pro účely ocenění hodnoty podniku. The thesis concerns current state of jurisprudence of international investment tribunals with respect to the choice of a valuation method for the assessment of a value of a business.
