Changing in the banks approach to frantiny of mortgages for people in the Czech Republic in relation with the world financial crisis

Abstract:

První kapitola teoretické části práce pojednává o vývoji počtu hypotečních úvěrů a obecně o hypotéčních úvěrech. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vznik světové finanční krize, která úzce souvisí s poskytnutými hypotečními úvěry. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na analýzu nabídek bank a pak vlastními podmínkami poskytování hypotečních úvěrů.. Cílem mé práce je posoudit, do jaké míry se změnily podmínky pro získání hypotečního úvěru v součastné finanční krizi.

Abstract:

The first theoretic chapter deals with the development of numbers of mortages and it is about mortages in general. The second chapter is focused on the origin of the world financial crisis, which is close connected with the executed mortages. The practical part of bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of single bank offers and then characteric conditions of approach mortages. The object of my thesis is to judge the impact of the financial crisis on conditions for approach mortages. What extent did they change to?
