Tato diplomová práce v teoretické části stručně popisuje procesní řízení a čtenáři poskytuje srovnání s řízením funkčním, rovněž informuje o kladech a záporech obou přístupů. This thesis in theoretical part briefly describes process management and provides to reader a comparison with functional management, as well as information about the advantages and disadvantages both of approaches.
