Abstract:

Abstrakt Diplomová práce bude zaměřená na strategie managementu firmy, podnikající na realitním a finančním trhu. Smyslem diplomové práce je porovnání strategie managementu nejmenované společnosti s renomovanými společnostmi tvořící Asociaci hypotečních makléřů a její uvedení do praxe. V diplomové práci budou hodnoceny především problémy týkající se oborového okolí podniku, vnitřního prostředí podniku a marketingové aktivity. Oborovým okolím podniku je v této práci myšleno dané odvětví, ve kterém makléřské společnosti působí. V této části diplomové práce je podrobně popsána práce hypotečních makléřů, služby, které poskytují, co si lze představit pod pojmem hypotéka, a jaký je postup při vyřízení hypotečního úvěru. Kapitola vztahující se k vnitřnímu prostředí podniku je zaměřená na vzdálené (externí) prostředí podniku, blízké (konkurenční) prostředí podniku a na vnitřní prostředí podniku. Kapitola nazvaná marketingové aktivity popisuje nejrůznější možné varianty nástrojů marketingového mixu a jejich teoretické i praktické využití hypotečními makléři. Cílem této práce bude srovnání strategie managementu, poskytování služeb a aplikace marketingových aktivit porovnávané společnosti s Asociací hypotečních makléřů a nalezení vhodných návrhů a doporučení pro zlepšení vybraných problémů. K získávání a analýze informací potřebných k posouzení praktických činností porovnávané společnosti a formování vhodných návrhů a doporučení byly použity metody studia, srovnávání, rozhovor a SWOT analýza.

Abstract:

Abstract The Dissertation is focused on marketing strategy of a company carrying business on real estates and money-market. The goal of the thesis is to compare a management strategy of innominate company with a strategy of reputable companies forging The Mortgage Brokers Association (toto si raději ještě ověř) and its implementation. In the first place the aim of the Dissertation are questions connected to activities within the same business segment, company inner environment and marketing activity. Activity within the same business segment is denominated as existing brunch in which both companies are operating. That part of Dissertation is itemizing real estate brokers activities, services which they offer, the meaning of a mortgage and a process of mortgage liquidation. The chapter describing activities within the same business segment is oriented to distant (external) environment of a company, close (competitive) environment and internal environment of a company. The chapter named Marketing activities itemizes various possible options of marketing mix tools and their teoretical and practical using by real estate brokers. . The goal of this dissertation is comparation of management strategy, rendition of services and application of the marketing activities between innominate company and The Mortgage Brokers Association and finding suitable suggestions and reccomendation for improving of selected problems. For acquiring and analysis of information needed for examination of practical operations of the compared company and creating suitable suggestions and reccomendations were used methods of study, comparation, interwiew and SWOT analysis.
