Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zaměří na práva a bezpečnost LGBT+ komunity ve Francii, Beneluxu a v zemích visegrádské čtyřky. Práce bude rozdělena do několika částí. První část se bude obecně věnovat právům LGBT+ komunity ve Francii a Beneluxu. Druhá část se zaměří na práva LGBT+ komunity v zemích visegrádské čtyřky. Ve třetí části se bude diplomová práce věnovat bezpečnostní situaci LGBT+ komunity ve vybraných státech. Čtvrtá část bude věnována komparaci jednotlivých legislativ v těchto vybraných zemích. Účelem diplomové práce a komparace bude zjištění, zda v těchto zemích existuje speciální legislativa pro LGBT+ komunitu a zda je v těchto zemích bezpečnostní situace této komunity lepší, či nikoli. Výzkumná otázka: Je v zemích, kde jsou práva LGBT+ komunity ošetřena zvláštní legislativou, bezpečnostní situace lepší, či nikoli?

Abstract:

The diploma thesis will focus on the rights and safety of the LGBT+ community in France, the Benelux and the Visegrad Four countries. The thesis will be divided into several parts. The first part will generally address the rights of the LGBT+ community in France and the Benelux. The second part will focus on the rights of the LGBT+ community in the countries of the Visegrad Four. In the third part, the thesis will focus on the security situation of the LGBT+ community in the selected states. The fourth part will be devoted to the comparison of individual legislation in these selected countries. The purpose of the thesis and comparison will be to find out whether there is any special legislation for the LGBT+ community in these countries and whether the security situation of this community is better in these countries or not. Research question: Is the security situation better, or not, in countries where the rights of the LGBT+ community are stipulated by special legislation?
