Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá projektem, který pomůže personální agentuře pozvednout kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Zaměřuji se na analýzu náboru a školícího programu nových zaměstnanců, k čemuž využívám technik řízení projektů a aplikace MS Project. This paper deals with a project within a recruitment agency that will help increase the quality of its services. I focus on the analysis of internal recruitment and training program of new trainees, using project management techniques and MS Project.
