Cell Tracking Challenge je soutěž zaměřená na objektivní srovnání přesnosti algoritmů na trekování buněk v časosběrných sekvencích pořízených pomocí optické mikroskopie. V rámci bakalářské práce byl navrhnut a implementován systém, který do velké míry automatizuje zpracování a vyhodnocování výsledků těchto algoritmů. Abstract:
The Cell Tracking Challenge is a competition aimed at objectively comparing the accuracy of cell tracing algorithms in time-lapse sequences obtained by optical microscopy. As part of the bachelor's thesis, a system was designed and implemented that largely automates the processing and evaluation of the results of these algorithms.
