Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám studiem rostlinných alkaloidů califor-nidinu, escholtzinu a escholidinu a jejich interakcí s nekanonickými strukturami DNA, konkrétně G-kvadruplex a i-motiv. Metodou cirkulárního dichroismu byly naměřeny teploty tání u struktur DNA samotných a v přítomnosti alkaloidů, tep-loty následně porovnány. In this thesis I am interested in study of plant alkaloids californidine, escholtzine and escholidine and their interaction with non-canonical structures of DNA, which are G-quadruplex and i-motif. Method of circular dichroism was performer to measure melting points of DNA structures and DNA structures at present time of alkaloids and these were compared.
