Právna ochrana medzinárodných investícii predstavuje vďaka svojmu dynamickému vývoju veľmi aktuálnu tému. Táto práca sa ňou zaoberá v súvislosti s jej uplatnením v Českej republike, ktoré je analyzované vo svetle práva Európskej únie.
