Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hardship na poli mezinárodního obchodu, přičemž je zaměřena na vazbu hardship a Vídeňské úmluvy o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Hlavními cíli této prá-ce budou zjištění, zda se v případě hardshipu jedná o vnitřní nebo vnější mezeru Vídeňské úmluvy, anebo zda lze tento subsumovat pod čl. 79 Vídeňské úmluvy. This thesis aims on the issue of hardship in the field of international trade, focusing on the link between hardship and the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
