Interactive paraphrase of a fairy tale (Story told through multimedia. Interactive application.)

Abstract:

V úvodu teoretické práce se zaměřím na představení techniky kreslené animace a popíši postup profesionálního natáčení oproti možnostem vytváření animací v amatérském prostředí. Poté reflektuji svoji praktickou část diplomové práce: vytvoření námětu, scénáře, výtvarného návrhu animace a konečnou postprodukci s přidáním interaktivních prvků. Funkčnost a ovladatelnost své interaktivní animace ověřuji v praxi na několika respondentech. Dále porovnávám svoji praktickou diplomovou práci s profesionálními hrami ze studia Amanita Design s.r.o., aplikací Dějiny udatného českého národa a několika jednoduchými didaktickými hrami, které jsou volně dostupné na stránkách jednotlivých základních škol. V teoretické práci se zaměřím také na mezipředmětové vztahy, protože ve své interaktivní animaci jsem použila kontrolní otázky z oborů matematika, český jazyk a dějepis / vlastivěda.

Abstract:

The introduction of my theoretical work will focus on cartoon animation and description of professional movie production work as opposed to creation of animation in amateurish conditions. Then I reflect the practical part of my thesis: theme, screenplay, visual design and animation, final post-production work with the addition of interactive elements. Insight into didactical and methological use of interactive games in education is found in the final part of the text. Functionality and user-frendliness is being verified through feedback from several respondents. Comparison of the practical part of my thesis with professional games by Amanita Design s.r.o., such as didactic applications History of the Brave Czech Nation and a few free online didactic games available at schools' webs. Emphasis on inter-subjectal relationships will be covered in the theoretical part of the thesis, as the animation tasks cover range of subjects - mathematics, Czech language, history and geography.
